RETURN POLICY

In an ideal world, you'd all be happy with your Clau Chases Colors purchases, but in this world, we all know that stuff happens and some of those things we buy we end up not being fully satisfied with. If for whatever reason, you find yourself in that situation, don't worry. We're here to help so please contact us and let us know what went wrong so we can come up with the best solution based on your specific experience.

Purchases made on our website may be returned up to 10 days after confirmed delivery for a refund to the original method of payment. Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. Please also know that the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost and that the shipping fees associated with your purchase are non-refundable.

REFUND PROCESS

As soon as the items are received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you and advise the status of your refund. The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that refunds take somewhere between 3 to 5 business days to reflect in your account, based on your bank's policy. You can contact us at any time if you have any questions regarding the status of your refund.

SALE ITEMS (if applicable) 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately SALE items cannot be refunded. Additionally, if any promo codes or certificates were redeemed at the time of purchase, those amounts are also non-refundable.

EXCHANGES (if applicable) 

If you received an item and it is damaged or defective, you can request a replacement within 10 days from receiving your order. Just send us the details here
